writing every day has been freeing
I know the quality of writing is probably not the most enjoyable to read. Not even consumable in some areas. It’s been nice though even on the hard days. Putting thoughts into words, then pushing publish back-to-back
i think i mean “publishing“ every day has been freeing, rather than writing—which still feels unnatural for it to be constant and habitual
copy-pasta from my obsidian vault of today’s entry
It takes 21 days to form a habit. 21 long days. Of continuously showing up.
I agree with that about showing up. But 21 days? Where is that even from?! Who said it takes that long? Like is there a study somewhere that proves the number or is it arbitrary that turned into a collective truth?
Growth? If you told me I’d hit publish every day for 21+ days (24 to be exact) I would have a dazed 💫 look on my face and circus music playing in my mind elevator.
Just start. That’s it. or Sit.

I’ve decided to give neocities a try. (You can join me.) It seems like a fun place to make a coding/online project for the summer with the added close-knit community. I’m building a site for a domain I bought solely because I found it in the dictionary and ‘twas still available—that’s a win in my book.
is it me or did I spawn in medieval times?
One summer when my imagination goes wild I want to make something like the Wolfman Museum of Art. A walk-through with a theatre and more.
If I ever say I’ve gone to the movies and you know me well enough you know I went to an outdoor theatre, an online virtual experience, or aggressively washing my hands and arms.
I don’t like anything that gives off petri-dish energy: movie theaters, planes, hospitals, etc.
ESPN.. definitively what sport is this? It has the same energy as this

I spent weeks this year looking for the most perfect-est [sic] RSS feed reader. I didn’t want fluff. I didn’t want it to feel like I was reading an email. Thunderbird is a close contender, still love you Mozilla.
I was reminded of my mania with making genre playlists.
